youtube display pics not showing up…?

I just added some videos on youtube and the display pic isn’t showing up in the box…. Just the generic white video camer with the clock. does it take a while for the “still” to pop up or did I do something wrong. when I click on the box, the vido plays.. but it doesn’t have the still picture that I have chosen to represent my video! what gives???
