Pop Up Banners

I use firefox to surf the web and recently i have been getting pop ups bringing me to poker sites and the likes…and in the bottom right hand corner i see a little banner come up, and it says, “Ad served by fb browsing adviser”

I have my settings configured so as that pop ups are blocked, yet this thing keeps coming up!!!!

Has anyone had this problem? If so, how do you fix it.
